COVID-19 UPDATE:
EYES ON TRADE IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS
NEW HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES

How We’re Serving the Winston-Salem Community

Eyes on Trade is open for business! To keep our customers and staff safe and healthy, we’re following North Carolina’s guidelines on sanitation and social distancing. We have implemented some new policies that allow us to provide our high-quality eye care services in a safe way.

  • To ensure that we can provide a safe place for everyone while they’re here, we require that every guest wear a mask while in our store. We have disposable masks available, but we welcome you to bring your own!
  • Upon arrival, we’ll go through any paperwork you have remaining at this time, but you’re encouraged to complete it online beforehand. If you have brought a guest with you, they will also need to comply with all our health and safety policies.

How We’re Keeping You Safe at Eyes on Trade

“We’ve always prioritized a sterile and hygienic workplace. Our new policies take it a step further to keep everyone in our offices safe, and to ensure our same level of care within new safety guidelines. New policies include:”

  • Appointments are available for eye exams. Whether you’re coming in for an eye exam or to shop for glasses, We are asking that everyone please limit the number of shopping helpers to one other person so we can safely and efficiently dedicate our time and attention to each of our client’s needs.
  • All regular services are available, implementing health and social distancing policies. These include eye exams, glasses repairs or fittings, and optician-assisted shopping.
  • We offer curbside pickup. You’re still welcome to pick up your goods in-office, but we’re happy to help you get what you need using whichever method makes you most comfortable.
  • To ensure that we can provide a safe place for everyone while they’re here, we require that every guest wear a mask while in our store. We have disposable masks available, but we welcome you to bring your own!
  • It’s easier than ever to schedule appointments! Give us a call at (336) 727-3727, send us an email at radglasses@eyesontrade.com, or schedule an appointment online.

We’ll greet you upon entering to get you checked in. We’ll also go through any paperwork you have remaining at this time, but you’re encouraged to complete it online beforehand. If you have brought someone to help you, they will also need to comply with all our health and safety policies.

A dedicated optician will guide you through every step of the selection process, hand-picking frames for you to try on, helping you narrow down your choices, and taking final measurements to get your outstanding new glasses just right.

Our new policies are here to keep you safe, but also to make you feel comfortable. We’re working hard to provide the same personal eye care we always have without significant interruption. We can’t accept any patient with a fever or with other COVID-19 symptoms, but we’re happy to reschedule to a time when you’re feeling better.
